Probably craft from the Alt-right moon base that was established in the 40s. There’s a great doc about it that came out in the 10s.

I think some of the white objects are just stars with long exposure/iso making them blurry and blown out, the one I find most interesting is the blue thing that reminds of quotes from astronauts talking about flashing on on the moon that is currently believed to be caused by static discharges between dust particles.
That blue object looks very much like some kind of “weather” phenomenon.
