I’ve been working on a visual model of how UFO/UAP propulsion might function, based on a mix of known physics (electromagnetism + plasma behavior) and more speculative ideas.
The core concept is this:
Instead of thinking of these craft as using traditional propulsion, imagine them as field-driven systems. A highly conductive craft generates strong electromagnetic fields, which ionize surrounding matter into plasma. That plasma is then shaped and contained into a toroidal (donut-shaped) sheath around the craft.
In this model, the plasma isn’t just exhaust or a byproduct—it’s the interface layer between the craft and its environment.
A few key ideas behind the diagram:
• Electricity → Plasma → Field Control
Energy is used to ionize matter into plasma, and electromagnetic fields then shape and stabilize it into a toroidal structure.
• Why a toroidal field?
Toroidal systems are naturally stable and self-contained. You see this shape in everything from fusion research to planetary magnetic fields. It allows continuous circulation of energy and charge.
• Potential effects of the plasma sheath:
– Reduced interaction with air/water (could explain transmedium movement)
– Distortion of light and EM signals (why UFOs often look blurry or glowing)
– Possible decoupling from normal inertial effects (speculative, but fits observed rapid acceleration)
• “Hot” vs “Cold” plasma modes
The craft could theoretically shift between high-energy (propulsion/intense maneuvers) and lower-energy (stealth/observation) states by adjusting field strength and plasma density.
• Consciousness interface (more speculative)
Since both the brain and the craft operate via electromagnetic patterns, it’s possible control wouldn’t be mechanical, but based on resonance or signal coupling between a pilot and the craft’s field system.
To be clear—this is a theoretical framework, not a claim that this is definitively how UFOs work. But it’s an attempt to organize a lot of commonly reported characteristics (no visible propulsion, glowing fields, extreme maneuverability) into a single coherent model.
Curious what you all think—especially where this lines up (or doesn’t) with known physics.

The slop is real with this post.
[Here’s a little more info](https://youtu.be/hUIItgAZqB8?si=VPt5ALTwHBQfULJV). You’re on the right track
Really cool work !
The graphic is perfect 👌
Just some made up shit lmfao
Nice. Glad to see someone trying. I’m not that smart !
Info. is definitely above my pay grade; if you suddenly come up missing etc., I will deny ever reading this post. Formality aside, the suggested interface between an occupant/pilot with the integrated variables resulting in functional/navigational maneuverability is not impossible. Indeed, modern design of AI could potentially accomplish such a feat, especially considering we are nearing pilotless flight of modern aircraft. Argumentatively, it is reasonable to consider the possibility that ET = AI, albeit having evolved from an intelligence which is beyond our scope of comprehension. P.S. I use the word “evolved” very carefully.
This is ai generated
Can you please provide a link to a high resolution version?
Really amazing work BTW!
Hold my tinfoil hat, i don’t like the AI stuff. Wish it would be banned, at least until a minimum post count.
Very neat! Great job! Haters are gonna hate, but you put something very interesting together for the rest of us, thank you 😊
Does this actually explain how the craft move though? Let’s say you’re right, wouldn’t the craft just float still in the air? How do they actually generate, say, forward motion?
How do they get the inside to be the size of 3 football fields all while the outside is the size of a Volkswagen bus?
Pray tell.
This looks like a very cool video game! Let us know where your fun sci fi ideas take you!
I’ve been working along similar conceptual lines – one of the major issues found with the design so far is that you cannot generate a plasma in space – there isn’t enough material around (step 2 of your “core process” segment).
The craft might work beautifully in the atmosphere – even better in the ocean – but in space they would have to bring their own materials in order to expel it from the interior of the ship and create their own plasma.
Nice. Good idea to run this through ai and i think it turned out really well. No idea what some of these dudes are bitching about.
Arguments for why not everyone should have access to ai. This is 100% pseudoscience
