I originally wasn't going to post this given the hostility towards whistleblowers and their families. It's been ~4.5 years since he passed away and given the current climate, I feel like their stories need to be heard.
Method to finding him: Pavel Ibarra recently did a video on this story and read his obituary, which made it easy to find him. He had gotten more info about Kevin from whatever sources he has.
