Grusch alleged that the general, who vanished without a trace on February 27, had not been cooperative with lawmakers seeking to interview individuals with knowledge of America's alleged contact with extraterrestrials.

Grusch said: 'They already have the list of some of these hostile folks that ran those programs. Unfortunately, one of those individuals, Major General retired Neil McCasland, is currently missing, which is very concerning to me as well.'

Grusch also revealed that McCasland was on a list of potential witnesses who had been labelled as ‘hostile’ because of their reluctance or active resistance to sharing information on alleged UFO research

  2. Man there’s so much going on right now, it’s crazy. Like is he missing related to UAP programs potentially being revealed, is it the Iran war, is it Russia or china? It could fucking be anyone, and it’s hard to determine if the current UAP release is even really significant in relation to other things.

But while I’m here, I’m again recommending the Chasing Sekrets book that tom delonge helped write. Most of the info was provided by McCasland.

He also named him as a hostile witness, someone who wouldn’t cooperate unless subpoenaed.

So the guy who if I remember correctly had mental health issues or dementia or something? Or I suppose the more likely explanation is that’s just the cover up, right? More likely than an elderly person suffering from elderly related issues.
