I had set up a script to check every 1 hour for changes in the webpage https://aliens.gov
Just now there was some change. As we can see in the image, it's now loading an invalid certificate and the webserver is delivering an actual page, albeit an error one.
This could be indication that the website is currently being worked on and is going to go online soonâ„¢.

What’s that webserver graphic I’m not familiar with it. Anyone seen it before?
I looked into the Source of the Website and the Error is coming from it being a wordpress blog ( https://wordpress.com/ ) . So they probably use wordpress to make the site and now currently (maybe) work on the site and aren’t done yet – and it shows a error because that.
