We can see on the video an unusual white shape. The weather balloon was above the observer at the time of the sighting. However, the shape of the object does not correspond to a weather balloon. The shape is too weird for me to find a usual explanation.
This sighting is of an Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon.
Note: this was observed after performing a CE-5.

Stable bot would help
This sighting impressed me. Not just because of what I saw but because it was seen after performing a CE-5. I think this is important data to take note. Remote view seems to be connected to materialized UFOs.
I can’t find an explanation for the changing shape of the object which is why this remains as “unidentified” for me.
I welcome anyone who can explain this.
