The witness reported seeing multiple objects in sky with 6 other people seeing it make impossible turns, dimming out and reappearing. According to the witness some were stationary for hours, then moved out to a new location with different patterns and closeness.

Safe to say these are scintillating stars / planets.
Sorry but that is a star. Always thought it was cool how it changes colors.
