Saw it about 4 months ago in Finland while on a walk, it just stayed still not moving at all

That’s probably an airplane contrail – the plane is flying either towards you or away from you, and you are viewing the contrail head on. Around sunset the contrails can turn all sorts of colors, but pink is pretty normal.
