Added a nuclear overlay — 143 facilities (reactors, weapons labs, test sites, enrichment) from IAEA/NRC/public records.
Proximity correlation is notable.

– 2023 Leningrad Oblast — object near Sosnovy Bor NPP. russian military confirmed no engines, not a drone. jets scrambled, airspace closed.
– 1977 Petrozavodsk — jellyfish-shaped object, light beams over city. melted circular holes through apartment windows. ~200km from Kola NPP.
– 1952 Washington DC — radar-tracked objects over Capitol, two consecutive weekends. Naval Research Lab running active nuclear programs.
