At around 15:10 of the episode Social Engineering of the Patterns Tell Stories podcast, the hosts talk about a weird mistake Elizondo made confusing the 902nd Military Intelligence Group's unit patch with the 501st's. This was in regards to a question he was asked about his thoughts about Major General Stubblebine. IMO, a mistake so amateurish, it almost comes off as an act.

Purportedly, Elizondo served in the 501st Military Intelligence Brigade, which is based in South Korea. Like the 902nd, they did intelligence gathering, and most likely did security work for electronic and cyber warfare. They state that Elizondo entered the US Army in the mid-90s, and most likely served in S.Korea in the late-90's to early-00's before GWOT started.

It's said that the S.Korean UFO got downed with an energy weapon, like a microwave gun. It would have kept the craft intact, but I can't really picture it surviving a collision with a mountain. Maybe it skidded and rested at the base of one?

With all the talk of the too-big-to-move UFO in South Korea, it's a very strange coincidence. This info is probably aged, but I couldn't find results of Elizondo and the 501st in the sub's search results.

  1. SS: A segment on Lue Elizondo on the podcast Patterns Tell Stories about his connection to his past service in the US Army and the 501st Military Intelligence Brigade based out of Camp Humphreys out of South Korea, where all the recent talk about a large UFO having a building built around it allegedly is.

Both he and Major General Stubblebine operated under INSCOM and perhaps worked intelligence and security roles for projects dealing with electronic and cyber warfare.
