Just saw this on News Nation. Elizondo provides an explanation for what he thinks the UFO in the video with the dog that went viral is. He thinks it's just a camera artefact. No idea if that is a probable explanation but thought it was relevant because I saw that the video got a lot of interest on here a few days ago.

Any examples of a similar artifact provided? There’s lots of examples of pixelisation/bokeh/etc…

I remember watching an hour long documentary in maybe ’07 or ’08 about “flying rods” like this. I dont remember much of the details but eventually (meaning years later) I tried looking up this phenomenon and by then someone figured out it was just a weird effect that happened when flying bugs were filmed
