I’ve seen these in Sept 2024 in Munich. Balloons and birds can’t be – balloons are not that bright even with direct sunlight.

These are lights I’ve seen almost 2 years ago in Munich. I’ve seen previously many balloon releases but none were as bright and high as those in the picture. I also have videos taken.
The “lights” slowly disappear in the skies heights.
