The following is a statement from ICE Boston.
“ICE Boston, in cooperation with USMS Boston, arrested Jorge Alexander Sierra-Quintanilla, a criminal illegal alien, known MS13 gang member, and foreign fugitive from El Salvador, during operations in Everett, Massachusetts.
Authorities in El Salvador issued a criminal arrest warrant for Sierra-Quintanilla for the offense of proposition and conspiracy in the crime of aggravated homicide, terrorist organizations, aggravated homicide, and deprivation of liberty w/ special aggravation on Sept. 19, 2022.
The government of El Salvador has identified Sierra-Quintanilla as an active member of MS13. Interpol issued a Red Notice at the request of El Salvador in support of the criminal warrant of arrest. That notice is currently active.
“This apprehension highlights the partnership between the USMS and our national and international law enforcement partners,” said (A)USM Dennis Matulewicz. “No matter where you run or hide, we will use every resource to bring those accused of violent crimes to justice.”
