This video is unique in the sense nobody has taken videos depicting this kind of craft and occupants again. Which doesn’t bode well for its authenticity.

This had wide coverage in the Turkish media. Murat Yalçın, who recorded the footage, appeared in national media and TV programs. A Turkish government institution examined the video and stated that it was not fake. Some people, rather amusingly, claimed it was just a ship deck. The footage was recorded in Kumburgaz, Istanbul. Interestingly, there is a fault line in that area…

Oh, I see. One way or another its a “Fake” BS to that. I believe this was taken late 1990s or very early 2000s.
But sure it’s an “Overlay” or The guy used other graphics to make this. You are wrong people!

There will be erroneous claims that it’s a yacht (with no compelling evidence), but that’s about it.
