This is something I’ve been thinking about. If full unabridged disclosure of UAPs happened, and there was no evidence of NHI, I wonder how many accept that. It seems like a lot of people have their expectations loaded up for what they have behind the scenes.

Believers will reject disclosure if the gvt says there’s no evidence of NHI. They’ll say the gvt is lying. Yet if this same gvt says aliens are here, they’ll eat it up. They won’t even need to see any hard evidence—craft, bodies, etc.
In other words, government is untrustable until they tell them exactly what they want to hear.

I think he is right. Believers will be disappointed, say it’s a cover up and we’ll start all over again. Nothing is gonna change. More whistleblowers, more books, more podcasts, no evidence.

I would urge hardcore UFO believers to join those of us who follow SETI religiously. It’s stress free, informative and real science is actually kind of awesome.
No US government evidence because everything is channeled through privatization and compartmentalization. There’s plenty of evidence, it’s just not available to the channels being investigated.

Did you guys really expect that they’d just release stuff? The stuff they release is the stuff Trump knows about and if Trump knew about aliens then we’d know about aliens.

Tim Phillips is a spoonfed plant. And the fact that even if there was no actual evidence of E.T. beings or tech, the massive Psyop undertaken by govt military branches is also illegal and criminal which should be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent. Either or is a problem.
The idea that UAP are human technology is far scarier. You’re telling me that in 2004 we had technology that could instantly go from 50,000 feet in the air to just above sea level?

Not “visiting” could mean they alreayd live or reside here. No “golden domes” could be that the name of the program is “silver domes”. But, in the end, who cares what this guy says. They are countless credible witnesses, going all the way back to the 1940’s.
I think it was either Timothy or Kirkpatrick that resided over AARO during the drone incursions at Langely AFB, is this to say they still don’t have any answers as to how and why their airspace kept being intruded upon?
I believe AARO is only given footage that is so unremarkable that the leader of AARO has been groomed to believe there really is nothing more to it. If you look at any of the footage they release its always incredibly mundane. I have yet to see AARO do any analysis on the shootdown video.

US Government evidence. That could mean the military has evidence. The military is not the government. Plausible deniability is a real thing, that’s why virtually all governments use it to insulate themselves from stuff that will get them in trouble. USAID handled operations that were too sketchy for the CIA to handle, why would this not be any different?
The phrase “visiting Earth” is also conveniently chosen. It implies something extraterrestrial. If the phenomenon has always been here it’s not “visiting Earth”.
Statements like this are aimed at people who don’t follow the topic but might catch that as a headline somewhere and immediately stop worrying about all the talk of UFO files being released. What he said might be a true statement, but it’s absolutely not made in good faith.
It’s not a US government program. It’s international and it’s compartmented to the degree that the US government has no documentation of importance to release. Disclosure at this point is irrelevant coming from the government.
I don’t think that’s accurate. I won’t get into the entire history of the phenomenon here, but statements like this are actually quite damaging. People who have had firsthand experiences or sightings are already hesitant to come forward, and comments like this only reinforce that hesitation. It also gives those who may have evidence an easy way to dismiss the topic with a simple “nothing to see here.”
We’ve seen this pattern before with outlets that outright deny the possibility of UFO/UAP activity, only for more information to surface later. If there truly is no evidence at all, then it raises the question of why legislation like the UAP Disclosure Act was blocked in the first place.
If disclosure ever happens can we make sure that man is tried for lying to the American people and eventually arrested.

not familiar with the US laws and all, but if a president orders to disclose classified files, and if they do release them to public, how do we even know those are the actual files? it could just be fake stuff used for another cover up? like they can just print some files with made up stories and conclude no evidence whatsoever
