Equipment:

Eybre Teropong 30×60 (i guess)
Samsung Galaxy A16 5g

Jupiters colors arent from the real image but were rather added manually by me, and Orions colors were created when adjusting the image, but I didnt take any data from already existing images. When I was a little kid I was into astronomy and wanted to see celestial objects personally and Im doing it 7 years later with limited gear, the Orion nebula is my most achieving image and the Moon is my best image. every image was taken in a bortle 8 city, in the future i plan to go to a place thats around bortle 4-6 to see the milky way, take pictures of Uranus and Neptune which i havent gotten the chance to yet, and also Andromeda.

If you have tips or concerns just tell me because i have no idea what im doing, im just doing this as a side hobby so im not sure what astrophotographers dislike

  2. You will not be able to take photos of the planets with your phone and binoculars. They are not high powered enough and cannot resolve any details.

I see you are young and getting into the hobby, I suggest asking around your family to see if they have an old dslr around collecting dust or even finding a used one online (I bought mine with a lens for $50). Then watch YouTube to learn how to take and edit those photos. Your phone is only good for milkyway, the moon, and constellations.

If you are set on taking photos of the planets, it gets more expensive. You will need a telescope, and really if you want more than basic details on Jupiter and Saturn, will need a nice telescope such as a dob as those are pretty cheap for how big and powerful they are, also keep in mind this warning to not buy a $100 toy claiming infinite magnification.
You can take photos through a telescope using your phone, where it is mounted and still, however it only benefits you to switch to a camera such as a cheap svbony camera (~$20) that goes into the telescope eyepiece slot.

I really want to highlight, do not add details and/or color to captures to “make it look better” or to “make it look more real” that’s not how it works and not truthful.
