24.5 Hrs with Antlia Quad Band filter
13.25 Hr with Optolong UV/IR Cut
Majority was captured in Bortle 9 backyard with 10 hours in a Bortle 3. I was working with 3 stacks: Bortle 9 Quad Band Filter data, Bortle 9 UV/IR Cut data which was converted to greyscale luminance layer, and Bortle 3 UV/IR Cut data with I used for RGB stack.
Everything preprocessed, stacked, and color calibrated in Pixinsight. On each stack: Graxpert for gradient removal. BlurX for deconvolution, Graxpert again for noise reduction, SetiAstro for stretching.
LRGBcombination process, then starnet+ star removal. cosmetic touch ups in Photoshop with Starless layer. Star reduction on star mask with MorphilogicalTransformation process.
ExtractChannel on Quad Band filter data. Reassign channels for HOO pallet. Starnet+ for star extraction and then photoshop to cosmetic touchups.
NBRGBCombination process on starless images. PixelMath to combine starless with RGB stars. What a marathon.
