May 31 in Mexico City. This sphere was seen flying near where the Buga sphere is stored. The Buga sphere is allegedly an unidentified flying object that was recovered in Colombia, similar to the one on this video that is being studied in Mexico.

Come on man… you can see where the bloody neck of the balloon is tied off in the “stabilized” version. Around 1:10 you can see the damn string..
