I got curious and looked up the NASA page where the data is posted, and on this one over Egypt where five orbs appear to be photographed (NASA page says “astronaut photo” so I believe someone on ISS took these pictures) and when I just went to the next frame you see a dark smudge on the horizon that appear to be these five orbs from a different angle.
Both pictures put together are interesting, to me, but I can’t figure out how to comment with a picture so made a new post. Also tried to post on r/UFOs because I think they are more UFOs than aliens, but the post doesn’t show up there and the mods aren’t replying to me. Here are the links to the source:
