Analogy

Submission statement:
So there's a growing anthill somewhere in a town with a enclosure built around it to protect its colony from any damage and interference caused by humans. As you can see it almost reached the boundaries of the enclosure, reaching into the vast unprotected space outside.

Ever since I saw this, I am somewhat satisfied with the explanation it provided me for some questions I had.

I know this will be deleted swiftly but I don't care much anymore since this subreddit has gone to shit anyway thanks to substandard moderation.
