Regarding some of the objections:
– Wedding at the pyramids: completely different direction.
– Cruise ship: Look at the clip of vertically looking lights.
– Other light show: nothing physically there to emit the light.

Heres the live cam link (edit) went on to google maps went directly across from camera theres only a couple of beaches some rock pools and coral, i couldnt find anything about a party.
Everything about it screams light show but I can’t explain the falling. It’d be useful to talk to locals about any events that could’ve been going on.
Edit: Watching the new clip it’s hard to really call that a lightshow. Ot could be a trick of the fog or something but those lights seems to come out of nowhere at times and the brightness is something on its own. It’d have to be an elaborate drone display or something to be prosaic.
