I haven’t seen any discussion about this (perhaps I missed it) but Daniel Sheehan dropped this news on the Big Thing podcast last week. When Kristian Harloff asked Danny what should Grusch’s next move be Sheehan replied (and I’m paraphrasing),

> I don’t represent Grusch, his attorney was Chuck McCullough however he no longer represents Grusch and in fact now works for a private aerospace company.

They just moved on with the conversation like it didn’t mean anything.

Am I wrong in thinking that this could have bigger implications than the casual nature in which Sheehan mentioned this news?

Is Grusch in a position where he no longer requires such high powered representation and McCullough’s expertise was more urgently needed elsewhere?

What, if anything, does the move to work for and I’m assuming provide legal counsel to a private aerospace company indicate?

My guess is this move is to help negotiate UAP disclosure act 2.0 which is currently with Senate Intel. With McCullough’s expertise in intel and seemingly the UAP subject after representing Grusch, it makes sense that he would be in a position to help connect both sides behind the scenes and push things forward.

With him now assisting from the other side which is resisting eminent domain, conversations around Intellectual property rights are taking place so could this be an indication at least one aerospace company is in fact negotiating how to move forward?

I share my thoughts here on my show, err podcast? IDK what to call it. I’m just excited to talk about this stuff.

Original episode of The Big Thing with Danny Sheehan

Am I reading too much into this, overlooking something?

What say you?

  1. Eh. I’ve considered this pretty deeply. If that McCullough video from Sol doesn’t drop sometime in the next month or two I’d say it would be worth it to look at all this closely in that scenario.

Theoretically that video could release today (would be nice) and answer all these burning questions, or we can speculate endlessly until it does happen. Either way the Sol video is the metric by which the whole thing will go by.

I’ve chosen to do more productive things but I’m also looking out for any news on it lol it’s definitely one of the most interesting bits.

  2. I mean, if the SAPs aren’t already being backed into a corner, they sure will be soon. IMHO this is thanks to the integrity and guts of people like Tim Burchett, Lue, Fravor, Graves, Grusch, etc. They are the force recon of disclosure, paving the way for others to put themselves out there. Too many other names to mention, but huge thanks to every single one of them. Cliff Miles, Robert Bigelow, Dr Greer, thank you. Bob Lazar, Buzz Aldrin, Niel Armstrong, thank you. Skinny Bob, you make me a little gay, ngl.

The guy just got a new job. No big deal. People end these kinds of relationships for all kinds of reasons all the time. Nothing to see here

After the UAP Disclosure Act was gutted, he probably realized the real money to be made was on the other side of this issue. He’s uniquely positioned with a lot of knowledge to help these companies keep their secrets secret.

The optics look bad. Say you have the chance to represent the person that could blow the whole thing wide open and bring about disclosure, your name would be in the history books. So, would you just say “It’s been cool man, but uh, I got another client man. Good Luck.” We’ll have to wait and see, but I’m simply saying from first impressions, it does not look good.

Lawyers typically represent all sides of an issue. Prosecutors go to the defense, accident attorneys go and work for big construction firms. If you don’t do that, you’re an activist lawyer. That’s something that’s an exception, not a rule.

I don’t think it makes much sense to put non-events like these under a magnifying glass. We tend to make celebrities out of ordinary people in the UFO world. Such things keep happening all the time in the real world. People move on to better opportunities all the time. We won’t even know why they split ways unless one or both of them come forward with the information.
