This video released yesterday contains a sequence around 2:54-2:57 where one of the bright spots appears to waver rhythmically as it moves, at a rate of about 3Hz, which is consistent with larger seagoing birds that flap their wings between 2-5Hz.

Yesterday I suggested that this video is unlikely to be birds because one of the bright spots moves very fast. But this kind of motion strongly indicates that this object is a bird, which means the fast motion at 3:04 is some kind of dive.

Assuming these are birds, I'm amazed and disturbed that the US military is unable to identify birds. Or, that they are able to identify them and using this video as a distraction.

That’s what they like you to believe. If you really think US defenses can’t identify a bird after being in warfare for more than 100 decades and with aid of advancement in technology, then I can’t help you.
