    No. There hasn’t been any reports or evidence of massive creatures that ambush people for drink their blood.

    Because you know…. *gestures about* where do you hide as a massive cryptid?
    No bones, no marks, no massive burrows, no massive footprints, no remains.

    People tell stories, embellish them, they become myths.

    It’s like Santa Claus.
    Thousands of years from now people will think “Was he real? There were so many reports of this magical man who could fly around the sky at incredible speeds that it’s gotta be true right?”
