All I saw was a light go out. No proof of acceleration

Looks legit. Only debunk I can think of is there just happened to be a 2nd flash to the left.
I saw a yellow “fireball” kinda looked like a meteor “move” similar to this back in 1996.
Was falling down like a meteor with a trail behind it. Stopped on a dime, then it would disappear and appear on different points in the sky, then it just faded off in the middle of the sky, a bit like a candle going off, but with no smoke.
Not saying it had to be NHI though. It was on the Arizona desert highway and i understand there are some air force bases nearby. Could be that maybe they were testing something out?
Edit: it was during dusk with a mostly blue sky. Have a low quality scan of an old picture but it is worthless, it just looks like a light. Wish i had a video camera..
