What species of alien did Jason Sands see?

Was he an Annunaki? I wonder because the big blue eyes and very human like appearance reminds me of the Annunaki figures.

I had a couple weird dreams about an alien like the one Jason Sands saw before I saw the JRE episode, so I was a little freaked out while watching it. I know Sands could be full of BS, but my dream was so vivid. I haven't been able to figure it out through Google so I thought I'd ask.
