  1. Even if there was proof that religion is a sham and is all made up.. People will still believe.
People are incredibly stupid. They like to lie and pretend to feel like they belong.

Remember there are quite a bit of people that believe the earth is flat.. no matter how much proof that it isn’t.

  2. I lurk the paranormal subs and religious types tend to view anything related to the phenomena as demonic which is ironic because they should technically at least believe in angels too but they tend to see everything through a fear-based perceptive lens of anything “other” is evil or malevolent. You create your own reality and tend to attract what matches your energy as well as what lessons you need to learn. They think the world has been about to end since The Book of Revelations was written but guess what, it’s still here. This is the group that is most likely to have ontological shock because they are so dogmatic, indoctrinated and attached to Bible while spiritual and religious practices outside Christianity have been less judgmental and open minded about the nature and existence of a variety of spirit entities the Bible doesn’t really acknowledge.

If The Vatican is opening their secret library to clergy or at the very least sending their lead astronomer to convey the information contained theirin, then I would pay attention to what is being said. By the way, all of this only matters to people that generally believe everything their pastors declare from their podium. I have family members who are deeply religious and they have experienced something of an awakening due to their local church rolling up their sleeves and admitting to certain facets of the UFO story. Why is The Vatican library important? Pasulka, Elizondo, Taylor thought as much and so do I.
