basically UV doesn’t effect human in space?
don’t know why, but I’m more drawn to these kinds of photos than the high def, polished ones.
This is something that people in the future will see on a daily basis, assuming humanity survives long enough to become a full-fledged, spacefaring species.
Simply awesome.
After years, seeing humanity returning to the Moon with a photo so simple and at the same time so powerful.

How do these astronauts even do their jobs? I wouldn’t be able to resist just staring out the window the entire time.
Literally just a rock just suspended midair. Amazing.
The earth at a great distance behind it is startling, beautiful and a bit melancholy.
There’s something about the Moon and the Earth being framed behind this dusty window that somehow moves me more than any image ever taken from space.
It feels more *real* to me, I don’t know how to explain it.
