During a span of 20 minutes I saw at least 10 like this, and even 3 at the same time at one point..
This was one of the last I saw during this period, I only filmed this one because lighting condition was very bad, a lot of street lights, and I thought I couldn’t even get it on camera, then I decided to try and after cranking down a lot ot the brightness it is “clearly” visible.
