They just don’t have a valid SSL cert because they haven’t finished setting up the site. It’s nothing nefarious or weird.

I’m having the same issue with a different notification screen, then when I choose to continue I get a “site not found 404” that isn’t the standard 404 with that little pixel smile on the lower left.

I said it before and I will say it again: I do not trust the United States government with disclosure. They lied about Iraq having weapons of mass destruction in order to try and justify a war no one wanted. I do not trust that they have our best interests at heart this time either.

I refuse to go to the website. I get a weird feeling about it and have stayed away

Certificate validation can take a while sometimes, nothingburger
It’s funny how they’re like. Oh, it didn’t have SSL. They were still setting it up. That just gives you just some clue how inefficient the government can be. I can stand up a domain with SSL in like an hour or two

All the admin needs to do is regenerate the certificate with the url as a SAN. It’s not at all hard

This is what I get when I go past that screen… notice the little smiley face? 🤔
