Fun fact: the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) has it’s own public website and if you have a TS clearance, you can book a tour. Most sites are accessible with a simple TS, including Area 51, where you land. Some areas are TS-SCI. For those you need the read-on. The weather station, the two mines and some others are fully TS-SCI//SAP, so you can’t visit. It’s a really cool tour though and they do have a gift shop. Almost every famous SCIF does. My favorite item is my NSA Eagle plushy from the NSA HQ.
