Okay, so you need to rethink some things about how you perceive reality….

They are called fields in interlaced video, sorry, no 5D BS here at all.

So i came across this video while looking for explanations of the ego. I love his work, so I was stoked to watch…but then I notice this strange effect on the hands.
Note I’m watching on a massive tv screen.
I only recently learned to notice hands…
What do you guys say?
The camera angle change around 11 min threw me for a loop!

You can give OP all the scientific proof in the world that this is a video glitch and they will refuse to accept anything other than their own already concrete opinion that this is some 5D nonsense.

That’s interlace…

That’s just how TVs work.

Ive worked in TV for 25 years. These are interlaced video artefacts, visible where objects are moving relatively quickly. Absolutely normal for old broadcast media. Odd horizontal scan lines are a frame behind even scan lines.
The technical explanation should be enough here, you seem to be arguing against the obviously true, entirely sensible and informed explanation.

– Step 1: open your phone’s camera
– Step 2: put your hand in front and move it fast dont stop moving
– Step 3: click the pic of your hand moving
– Step 4: realize you are ‘5d camouflage fail’

I think you need to put down whatever you’re smoking and do some research on old school video processes. How interlaced video works is pretty cool along with shutter angle. There are some great videos on YouTube. Maybe watch that while you’re high af.

“Someone explain it to me.” So you can deny the explanations. Marvelous.

Shocked this was even posted on yt
That looks like an interlacing issue due to a bad signal processing during mixing.
Yeah, this looks just like a video quality glitch, nothing really unusual.
Interlaced video.
