Link between Tim Gallaudet and the 4chan whistleblower ?

In the 4chan whistleblower leak, it’s claimed that “UFOs” actually come from an underwater base. That same idea shows up in the documentary The Age of Disclosure… what if that leak isn’t as crazy as it seems ?
