I’m not sure what to make of it. I could definitely see it just being a deflated balloon but it felt odd enough that I figured I’d post it here for you guys to all dissect and ponder on. I was walking the strip (also saw a JANET, which was cool) but even when I zoom in it’s hard to make heads or tails of it
