The Sabu Disk, housed within the walls of the Egyptian Museum, remains one of the most baffling enigmas left behind by Ancient Egyptian civilization. Discovered in 1936 within a First Dynasty tomb (circa 3000 BCE), this artifact defies conventional explanation with a design that strikingly resembles a modern mechanical "turbine" or "impeller."

First time I’m ever hearing about this
There’s all kinds of neat stone work that is hard to explain.

They used it to knit hats …..
Great scot,my hubcap
ancient washing machine agitator
Ok but how does it defy conventional explanations? What exactly is so unexplainable?
An artisan showing off their skill would be my bet.
This is quartzite one of the hardest materials on our planet !
Average Archeologist: “It was used for cermonial purposes”.
Umbrella stand
That is some of the worst topology I’ve ever seen.
Its carved from a soft stone and its not perfectly round. That thing pops up since the 90s as a incredible artefact and its always debunked.
Next you tell us the Pyramids are so precise not a piece of paper fits between the rocks until you look closer and see it has gaps so wide you could fit a Stargate in it. 😀
Girl this is a hubcap
that looks like a lazy susan to me with 3 handles that you use to spin it around , though why you would carve it from stone and not wood i dont know
best explanation I heard is it was used to make rope
It’s for making rope lol
Looks like a perpeller.. really interesting artifact
I would love to see the very first automobile that hubcap was on… looks Phat yo.
The outer rim being stone blows my mind
There are two options:
1)Wheel cover for the emperor’s chariot wheels.
2)Wheel cover for ufos.
