Garcia served as a property custodian for the Kansas City National Security Campus, a major facility with a behind-the-scenes role in America’s national defense. The job allowed Garcia a top security clearance in the building, which manufactures more than 80% of all the non-nuclear components that go into building the military’s nuclear weapons.
Garcia marked the tenth official to have been reported missing, which reporter and podcaster Lauren Conlin says is chilling based on the similarities to Neil McCasland, who went missing in the Albuquerque area last month.
“It’s like the same thing. The same thing, the state of New Mexico,” she told “Jesse Weber Live” on Monday.
McCasland, 68, oversaw classified space weapons programs and led research at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, during his time in the military. The base has long been rumored to contain extraterrestrial debris from a UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico.
Garcia “oversaw tens of millions of dollars of assets, equipment, some classified, some not,” Conlin added. “I mean, we don’t know what was going on in this guy’s head, right? The officials had said that he may have been a danger to himself. I did notice some neighbors in the area, and he lives in a very remote area. They also worked in aerospace research.”

2nd one to leaver with just a hand gun. Weird.
Are the aliens only allowing them to take a small weapon to their secret base?
They lure them out hypnotically and snatch them up as soon as they rush out the house.
