

If you go to the location in google maps and change to global view and tilt the angle as far as you can and zoom in as far as you can and rotate the "camera" around, the 3D topography within google maps kind of glitches where the topography isn't perfectly aligned and you can see through the map and the blue background comes through. Its like looking through a little crack in the topography that can only be seen if you look at it from the right angle. I tried to replicate this in other parts of the map, but this is the only area that I could find that does this. It does it every time I go back to it. Its as if the topography has intentionally been remapped but the people that did it didn't bother getting it perfectly aligned. It occurs exactly in the same spot that was pointed out in the documentary (the picture in the white box is a screen capture from the documentary).
