Possible correlation: Hutchison File mentions New Mexico testing in the late 80s, while Bob Lazar claimed Russian scientists were abruptly removed from S4 around the same time

I found an interesting little overlap that may be worth speculating on. In The Hutchison File, there is a reference to a tour of California and New Mexico in 1989, which I thought was neato burrito because Bob Lazar claimed that during his alleged time at S4, roughly around the same time as this tour, Russian scientists were supposedly kicked out after some major discovery or event. This obviously does not prove any connection at all, but I still think it's a neat coincidence in timing and location.
