    By now (some 20 minutes later) they are at roughly 48,000 kilometers and going almost 13,000 kilometers per hour.

  4. Having a live feed is really cool. Can’t wait to watch Artemis 3. I think it’s one of those events that will bring a lot of people together if only for a moment.

    Also there’s always 3-4 miserable people making posts about space political.

  5. So, how do they measure this distance? Is it until orbital distance, atmosphere contact, ground level?

  6. Takeoff had them 9,300 miles out after three hours. How long is the actual descent?
