Hello everyone, I've been reading some alternate history stories in Spanish and English. I couldn't help but think What would happen in my country if something like that happened? Then I started building scenarios in my mind and ended up with a Latin American Zipang… Can four frigates and corvettes from Latin American navies defeat the Royal Navy?
In my timeline, the South Atlantic anomaly does Lovecraftian things and takes everyone inside 100 years into the past. The Unasur bloc and its allies must defend themselves against the powers of the 1930s in order to survive.

An approximate view after the EDTT (Unknown Time Translation Event), better known as “the breach” or “the red night.”
The wall of storms stretched for a year, leaving both sides of the world isolated. Within the area demarcated by the storms, humanity experiences an apocalyptic event. Foreigners have disappeared, and migrants are forcibly transported back to their countries of origin. Nature unleashes its full fury. Natural disasters unfold over a full week.
The blockade seems complete; ships and aircraft cannot cross, internet access is cut off, and massive blackouts and failures plunge the area into darkness. The premise is:
The South Atlantic anomaly spirals out of control, and a series of unknown cosmic events transports all the surrounding countries 100 years into the past.
It is the year 2024, and the navy is participating in international exercises in the South Atlantic. This is the first deployment of its kind in 20 years, and with great effort, three ships are participating in the maneuvers as Task Group 23. This force consists of the MEKO 360-type destroyer ARA Heroina (D-12), the MEKO 140-type corvette ARA Parker (P-44), and the logistics ship ARA Patagonia (B-1), embarking two Fennec helicopters and one Sea King S-61. Commanding this squadron is Captain Héctor Zabala, who normally heads the destroyer division of the Argentine Navy (FLOMAR) based at Puerto Belgrano Naval Base. Commanding the Heroina is Commander Alberto Díaz.
