Is this the earliest mention of a 2027 event?

Let me say first say that I am not claiming something will definitely happen in 2027.
I had originally thought that the talk about an event in 2027 originally came from John Ramirez a few years ago, who later admitted that he heard it from "channelers", but I just found out that there is an earlier mention. Everyone knows about the controversial Alien Interview video and Victor. In 2008 a special edition of the 1997 documentary called "Area 51: The Alien Interview Special Edition" was released, which includes a follow up interview with Victor in 2008.

Victor says "Let's just say that I wouldn't plan a 20th anniversary edition of this documentary". Since 2008 + 20 is 2028, that means he's talking about something happening in the year 2027.

Later on he says in French "Après moi, le déluge, le déluge solaire".
I don't speak french but that should mean something like "After me, the storm, the solar storm".

To me it seems like he's hinting that the big event in 2027 will be a large solar storm/ coronal mass ejection that would be devastating for Earth, or it would be something artificial that looks like a CME.

In the same interview he says that Donald Rumsfeld, who was a secretary of defense among other things, after he found out what the real message from the aliens was, was obsessed with finding a way to be one of the people who will be taken off Earth before the catastrophic event happened.
