Jack Vallèe says we have communicated with non-human intelligence in the past

Does anybody know if this is something he has discussed in the past? He was super cryptic and indirect throughout the podcast but this bit stuck out for me as I've not heard him speak about this before.
I don’t believe so. I’ve read a couple of his books, passport to magonia and scattered castles and I have no memory of him talking about it.
He said the information was through some people who had he had faith had worked on it.
There’s a number of people coming forward to talk about ‘psionics’ and NHI communication. Maybe he feels as though he can speak more about it now that it’s reaching the public.
Just to hazard a guess.

The stories of the hunter orion chasing after the 7 sisters is over 100 000 years old. Not only was it referenced by Greek Mythology, it was also told by Aboriginal Australians and the Indigenous of North America. Greys vs. Pleiadians. Eisenhower supposedly met with NHI 3 times. Twice with the Pleiadians and once with the Greys. Rumour mill says he made a deal with the Greys. Why else would you cover up a mistake for so long? We have many references to Orion and Zeta Reticuli in modern times. I dont think any of the various races care for us having Nuclear technology. The number of damaging bomb tests we have done to this planet and we can’t even keep the tech safe during a Tsunami for power purposes.
