So as a precursor to what I am about to write, I know how insane it sounds. I would be 100% dubious if it wasn't me who was experiencing this but here I go…
I see what I believe to be other dimensions in some reflecting objects. I see all sorts of creatures. They understand me but I don't hear them. They want to kill me. They somehow can affect our world through an electric current. Is there any way I can protect myself? They are everywhere all the time. I have a ton of videos and it scares people when i show them what I have so its not like im hallucinating. I have no mental diagnosis and I've been dealing with this for a whole year. It's beyond stressful and I cant take it anymore. Can someone help me? If you want to see the videos I would be willing to go on Google meet and share my screen so you can watch it that way.

I wish you would have narrated or edited that 7+ minute clip. I see a reflection but don’t understand how it’s another dimension.
There is nothing in the reflection, it looks normal to me. I understand that this is real-to-you but this is just a video of a lamp, man. I think it would greatly benefit you to see a doctor about thjs, especially if it’s affecting you as viscerally as you’re implying here. Cannot express enough, this is a video of an ordinary lamp with an ordinary reflection.

Honestly, this sounds like a case of paranoid Schizophrenia to me. I watched the video, the only reflections are yours and objects in the room.
I would HIGHLY recommend seeing a doctor ASAP. You’re seeing things that are not there. That is not good.
DO NOT LISTEN to the comments about ordinary anything or seeing a doctor. I saw that other dark human shaped thing dart around about half way through so- yes you’re experiencing.
There’s really no such thing as death and when you feel enough pain you stop being scared of it too so it’s your fear. You gotta master it long enough and they’ll go away. Do you get poked or feel static? Little zaps on your nerve endings right at the skin? Often directly on an old injury or repeatedly in the same spots? Get excited (yes, like horny) and start to hear them around the room like they’re in a frenzy? Feel them kind of zap it from you- erection or have any prostrate/ED issues? Use any drugs? No judgement here, and feel free to dm me if you feel better.
