Very interesting that it’s wearing clothing looks almost like a cape clasped right under it’s neck. Usually grey’s are said to basically have a suit as their skin or it’s so tight and perfectly fitted you can’t tell the difference. If real I wonder if the military put it on the alien. It’s probably the only clue to go by, find out the type of clothing and when it was made if possible.
Doesn’t look like a standard grey though, the ears, nose, mouth, size and shape of head don’t line up. Could be a different species if real.

Does look realistic IMO.
Not to stir up recent lore, but the eyes do resemble Ant-like features.
