Is it just me, or are people starting to stretch the meaning of the word “structure”? What criteria are they using to define this as distinct from its surroundings? The whole universe could be considered a structure if you zoom out far enough. Am I dumb?

Billion light years across . It is very wide indeed. But the universe is only13.79 billion year old and presently the cosmos is expanding 73km per seconds.
