Something weird in the sky- help me make sense of it

Location: Naval Station Norfolk
Facing location (I believe) : facing north to northeast, kind of in the direction of Langley AFB
Additional Info: Saw this this evening, looked like it was going northeast to southeast. For context the picture my window was rolled up so there is a bit of a glare, videos don’t mind the sound as the super loud pissing of steam pipes is all over the area. Of course not 100% claiming this is Santa clause, aliens, or drones…but it was definitely interesting. My first thought was one of the planes that has the messages trailing but in the darkness wouldn’t make a lot of sense.

Any help to provide context to what this is would be awesome.
