Every time i come home from work i look up at the sky and see nothing out of the normal. Today was different the moving star like object appeared from the middle of that triangular star formation it was weird the star formation looked like a invisible silouhette if im making any sense. Am i just reaching or is this a actual ufo

Satellite?
Asking the wrong guy. But satellites hold a steady track same as airplanes so it’s not that. Put Plane Finder and Night Sky (or similar) apps on your phone. Really handy to confirm not a plane helicopter satellite etc in real time.
If it’s zig zagging, it’s probably a UAP. If it’s a straight line, probably not.
