Object moved high and slow much like a balloon in the wind.
Object came towards me once I noticed it. This has happened to me many time before.
Object was hard to look at. I had dancing silver fish in my eyes like crazy. No idea why.
Object was also hard to focus on because of the halo/aura. This was visible and not a camera artifact.

Looks to be a mylar balloon of the letter 6 or 9.
Submission statement to avoid removal once again.
