Equipment: Nikon P900 and a cheap tripod(Idk which one exactly)
Settings: ISO 100, 1/250, F6.3
Editing: Slightly touched up in Lightroom
First time trying to capture a transit like this without using video mode so it was extremely nerve-racking trying to time the shot. The P900 can only do a fast burst show of only 7 photos(as far as I’m aware) so I had to practice my timing using Stellarium and it came down to having to start the burst at the exact second of the transit which only lasted 0.68 seconds. Slightly bumped the tripod due to panic but luckily this one pic turned out!
