    At 3:40 minute mark in the video. This is the most direct statement I’ve heard from Dr. Lacatski yet confirming Non-Human Intelligence is involved.

    Subtext : and when it comes to “unidentified mysterious drones” we are dealing with UAPs, therefore we are not dealing with humans.
